"No one at check in/out. You have to talk to someone on a kiosk. Beds are very uncomfortable and I usually can sleep anywhere. We stayed here years ago and had the same issue but decided to give them another try since the remodel and updates. Fyi, the ice isn't free either. First time I've ever seen that when staying somewhere on vacation. "

"The room was ok, nothing special. The bed was comfortable. The AC worked well. The bathroom floor tiles were broken which made for unsteady stepping in front of the toilet."

"The condo was wonderful for our family of five! My kids enjoyed the bunkbeds and the large deck. Being able to see and hear the water was priceless. Getting down to the beach area was an easy and short walk for us. Having beach service was an added bonus. The condo was easily accessible to everything that we needed or wanted (grocery stores, restaurants, etc.). Communication with Myrian was easy and she responded quickly. We'd love to return in the future! "

"Accurate listing, simple check-in, excellent communication. Host goes out of her way to accommodate guests and make sure you have a great stay. Lots of 'extra's (snacks, toiletries, etc.) to make you feel at home and cover you if you forget any necessities. A host all the way around!"

"My family came here for spring break. The listing was pretty accurate to reality. I thought the pools were a little disappointing and it was a bit of a hike to get to the beach. The restaurant on premises has good food but is a bit pricey. We took our boat and rented a slip, which was super convenient. That said, the roads and the boat slip were a little difficult to navigate with a large truck and trailer. The beach was absolutely stunning and the water was so crystal clear! The golf course on site was closed, though not sure why, so we couldn’t play. My biggest complaint would be the squirrels in the rafters above the porch swing and the huge roaches. We also had tiny ants inside. The rental would benefit from some regular pest control. Overall I was very satisfied, though, and would book it again. "
