Booked a triple sea view for 3 adults they gave us a room that is partially blocked by ( I have photos, if there is a way to attach them I will) other side of the hotel. The AC barely worked, and note that it was 100 degree F outside. They gave only one 350 ml water for 3 people once during our stay. Cleaning service was terrible...despite telling them and turning the clean room button on- it was not cleaned. And the worst part is the hotel (4 star resort? How?) has roaches crawling all over in the room. Again, I have the photos. Complained and they sent a guy with some spray...the guy admitted that they get a lot of complaints. Then they lost AC in the main restaurant (Merril). The other one (Porto) had AC but was full of flies. Complaining only gets you " we are sorry" response from the staff. How can this hotel is allowed to do business? I made a big mistake believing the reviews. Avoid this like a plague. And it was not cheap!

Staff were amazing and very helpful through the stay. Private beach was just amazing with a bar only a few steps away and water sports. There were plenty of seats so I didn’t need to get up early to reserve a spot. Overall this hotel is a must !
