We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile most especially Kesar, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. The facilities were clean, modern, and very well maintained, providing everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Comfortable and spacious room, nice bed, friendly staff and really good location. Breakfast was rather mediocre, slightly overpriced for its quality and variety. Housekeeping didn't clean the room on the first day, despite a visible request for it displayed on our door, but I absolutely loved their little gesture with a Valentine's rose and card left in the room for us.

The staff were friendly but not attentive they gave us a room that was already occupied then the first room was really unsuitable as it was dirty and smelly eventually the room we stayed in was much better but not amazing as it was right at the end of the longest corridor and where the store rooms were so we kept hearing very loud door slams throughout the early morning and during the night too. The breakfast was okay but very crowded we had to wait in a queue sometimes for over 20 minutes. Location was okay but not the best as the taxi’s sometimes got confused where to pick up or drop us. So we will be avoiding Intercontinental hotels in the future.

the room was spotless and staff were courteous and very friendly. Fridge did not work, toilet stopped flushing every evening but started again in the morning. The room was very warm and could not start the air conditioning.
