"Sea-view with balcony room worth the extra. Pretty quiet at night despite being on a busy street. Bus for airport just 1 block away. We couldn’t take advantage of the free breakfast because of early flight. They did give us a to-go bag but it wasn’t worth the calories—sandwich with 1 slice of ham & cheese, very stale croissant, bruised apple and yogurt but no spoon. "

Location very good: all you have to do is cross the road and you have lots of tour boats (as well as the ferry to La Valletta) Spinola Bay is a 15 minute walk away. Staff were great: there was a small issue with the air con when I arrived on Friday evening - realising it would not be solved during the weekend, they moved me to another room (an upgrade in fact, I suspect). "A fantastic hotel that is well priced. We used the hot tub on the roof top and the mini golf course that is on another roof top (for an additional €2.50 each). There is also an indoor swimming pool, gym and outdoor swimming pool with bar. We used the outdoor private bar. Unfortunately these facilities close around teatime. The room was large and spotless and we paid for a seaview balcony. The breakfast was fantastic. There are lots of hot and cold buffet options and serving from 7:15am to 10am caters for all needs. "
