Great hotel. Friendly staff. Wonderful food. Ideal central location with Alexanderplatz station only minutes away, but the hotel is very dated, thin walls meant I could hear everything being said in the next room which didn’t help when they had a screaming child.
The hotel also has a room cleaning request button (in the bathroom) that you must press before 11am to get the room serviced for the next day. I pressed the button twice during my stay and my room wasn’t serviced.

Hotel doesn’t look great from outside but was clean, affordable, near a transit stop, and had great staff. I would stay there again, just unfortunate that from the outside it doesn’t look great. Was hesitant when we walked up but once we were through the doors it was great.

Wonderful hotel. Friendly & helpful staff. Great location. Reasonably priced and it includes a delicious breakfast buffet.
We had a small issue in our (very quiet) room and the hotel was very responsive. Fixed right away.
We enjoyed the various artworks displayed throughout the hotel. Very unique.
We will stay in this hotel on our next trip to Munich. It exceeded our expectations.
