I'd never flown EasyJet before and it was much better than I was expecting; flying from Luton was also a decent experience - although more expensive to get to than Heathrow, the journey is actually shorter for me so a plus.

The whole journey was fine until our return to Stansted where luggage reclaim took one hour. As a result we were late for our pick-up.
