I had a great stay and would stay again and also recommend to others. Easy to get around, my stay was based on attending the Albert Hall which was literally less than a 10min walk.

The room was very stylishly decorated , it was clean and I liked the kitchen , I didn’t enjoy the breakfast as it was cold , but apart from that I enjoyed my stay

I had a great short break here, the staff, the services and general standards were really good. Only downsides were the bed was two singles put together, and the spa closed at 8pm, probably should be more like 9/10pm, which I didn't expect for £360 per night, other than that I'd recommend staying here.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff and very central, easy walking distance to the quays and the city centre. Would stay again.

Difficult for disabled because long walk from lift to rooms, there is a good cabaret evenings and nice tidy comfortable bar area. Sometimes have to wait in reception because it is unmanned several times especially in the evenings.
