(57 reviews) The rooms were acceptable but, for a little more effort, our stay could have been so much better. These are not serviced apartments! There is no soap, no washing-up liquid, no cloths, no pads, no tea-towels and only one toilet roll supplied. If you want any of these items you have to go out and buy them. I have rented apartments in several other places and have never had this experience. An extra charge of €70 was made to clean the apartment after our stay. We had no option but to pay it, because there were no materials supplied. This was not shown anywhere in the booking conditions. If you are going to do this, it should be built into the price. (31 reviews) We had a great time in La Toussuire for a cycling holiday - the hotel was basic and no frills but clean and comfortable. Check in/out staff were efficient and well organised but not friendly. Be prepared to be given a pack of sheets to make your own bed, do an inventory of contents, clean your apartment thoroughly and have to have it inspected before check out. Strip all beds and take sheets laundry down to the basement etc etc. No toilet roll, cloth, washing up liquid or anything at all in the apartment so take anything you need. Having said that, the bed is comfy, the views are lovely and the location is great. We would return. (77 reviews) Booked to be on the route of stage 20 of Tour de France but due to landslide route changed. Hotel however was ok even though we didn't expect to have to clean our room at the end or pay 45 euros. As it was we were rarely there, too busy doing Galibier and the Telegraphe cols. Clearly this is not a hotel but designed for other clientele. If you wanted self catering the facilities in the room were excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. There is a pool although we didn't see it. You can order bread for the next day and there are plenty of restaurants less than 1 km away. There is also a good Carrefour. It served its purpose for us. (35 reviews) The room was clean; however, unfortunately the towels provided were not sufficient and the fridge did not work. Maintenance came to check the fridge, but it still didn’t work afterward. There is a coffee machine that can be used to heat water, but you need to buy dishwasher capsules and dishwashing detergent yourself. Only two towels per person are provided, and if you stay for one week, you need to wash the towels yourself. Washing costs and drying an additional ! I would like to say a big thank you to the Infant Club, especially Chloe — they are doing a great job. The pool did not work for four days. The water was very cold most of the time, and only twice was it warm. You also need slippers, as these are not provided. The beauty salon is very expensive! The reception staff give instructions, but they are not very clear, and you still need to ask many additional questions.
