Our room had a hot tub..."Reviewed October 11, 2026Return • London (LHR) - Catania (CTA)LHR - PMO • Direct PMO - LHR • 1 stop£1,023£800found 13 hours agoper traveller

"Beautiful and very accommodating .. the manager went out of his way to make or stay very special for our family. Thank you"
"Absolutely stunning!! This place is a hidden gem in the mountains!! I 100% suggest visiting. This was my second time and I plan on returning again;) Also I would suggest adding the all inclusive option upon arrival. Lots of food and drinks included."
"This hotel is outdated and should consider a refurbishment. The website does not reflect the actual appearance. Could hear the traffic from my room so very noisy. The breakfast and dinner buffet, tasteless and cold. The swimming was closed since it required a good cleaning."
