We booked two rooms and arrived at 2:50 pm, they only had one room available. Also the pictures are of two hotel that are attached by a pool area. Not sure why they also use the other hotel photos on the listing. The rooms need improvements, they are run down. Also very noisy all day and night.

I want to thank the music group animation , the art gentleman every person who cooks so deliciously, everyone who served us with a smile. It was the best vacation of my life. The people in Morocco are truly very respectful and kind; they make you feel like family. I love this place because of all the beautiful people of Morocco.
My children truly took away a beautiful message from this city and the people of Morocco: you don't need to be rich to enjoy true joy. It's about being together, drinking tea with family, and working hard, like everyone else in Morocco. My respects to all Moroccans.

1st room was a very long walk to the restaurant and pool, swapped to 2nd room had a very bad smell, swapped to 3rd room closer all areas of the resort and was comfortable, room furnitures are very old from the 70’s, you have to pay to use safe in the room, front reception staff are very helpful, Wifi very poor, good verity of breakfast, lunch and dinner. All in all, not a bad resort for a low budget.

As a cyclist kenzi rose garden was ideally located to access all the routes going south. The restaurants and buffet were excellent that there really was no need to eat outside.
Hotel needs to do something about people who lack discipline at a buffet. I get upset seeing people piling their plates, taking a nibble at one thing, and discarding the rest.

I absolutely loved this hotel. I couldn't fault it in any way. The staff are incredible they work so hard and are so welcoming, friendly and inclusive. The property is maintained to a very high level. Rooms are clean and maintained to a high standard. The food and drink was lovely. The hotel food was to a excellent standard and service was great. Snack bar food was nice with a good selection. Entertainment was great the activity staff had a good energy they were very fun and inclusive. I will definitely be coming back in the future.
