The walls in our room had many marks and appeared dirty also had a strong musty smell. The staff was very helpful

Great location, staffs were helpful. Room was clean and spacious. One minor thing need to be addressed such as two bottles of water given as complimentary on the first day only. We have no issues of buying the water next family mart (30 second of walk LoL). This is just our comparison of the hotels we had stayed. Overall, it was enjoyable experiences.

Overall, the hotel was nice. Very clean the staff mostly attentive. I did not appreciate how the vending machine prices were doubled, the sauna and public bath were for extra charge, people with tatoos are not permitted to swim in either indoor or outdoor pool, you cannot wear you

This hotel was extremely kind and sweet, the food was a large variety and tasty. The front desk was kind even through broken translations and alot of patience. Would definitely stay again.
