All staff personnel are friendly, courteous and so helpful!! The rooms we’ve stayed in were always clean and turn down service (fresh towels, trash removed and beds made) was excellent. Our favorite part of the stay was the breakfast - absolutely delicious!! Everything tasted fresh and loved all the options available. I would recommend this hotel to all of my family and friends. The hotel is beautiful and is in a great area. We were disappointed with hotel.com not showing our room was in another area of the hotel. The room was still lovely but was a little bit of a walk to get to from the main lobby. They have a 7 eleven in the hotel and a little boutique which both were very convenient. I would definitely stay here again. I can't remember the young man's name at the front desk but we called him Winnipeg. In fact, the staff at reception made check-in seamless for us even though we could not understand or speak Japanese. The rooms were clean and the facilities were great. I stayed in the worse grade. The room reeked of cigarettes even though it was a non-smoking room. The window looked out to a industrial barge in the canal. The room was far, far away from the lobby - had to walk through a connection path between buildings to access my room. The air was really dry and smelled odd. My while family ended up sick after staying here. There are only 3 microwaves in the entire hotel and the staff is pretty unfriendly about breakfast. The pool isn't heated and was quite cold. You can't swim for 10 minutes every hour for "safety checks" and you can only sit in some if the chairs on the deck, but it's not clear which ones.
