The staff was wonderful and their communication skills were outstanding. Amenities and facility were all highest quality. They even knew the date of my spouse’s birthday and gave her a nice gift. Very much appreciated. The laundry facility was great, always had a washer/dryer available for use. Very close to Kokusai-Dori (5 min walking distance). The rooms are very luxurious with nice beds and and a very nice bathroom. The mattresses are a little bit firm, but not that hard, that they are an issue for people with back issues (like me). The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful! They have valet parking, which comes in very handy, but needs to be payed extra. I think it was 1800 Yen for 1 night, 3000 Yen for 2 and 3rd night free. There are also a lot of car rentals near the hotel and I strongly recommend to rent from Platinum Rent-A-Car. I enjoyed my stay in this hotel so much, that I extended my stay in the hotel twice and I will go there again, next time I return to Naha!
