My second time staying here at Nahana and I always love this hotel. The view is great and very close to Kokusai street. Easy to access many places, especially food. Like to stay here more than one night next time, so I can enjoy the spa and their restaurants as well.

It is a beautiful place to stay for summer with family. Close to beach ,train, pallet komoji shopping mall can't say enough about this hotel and the location. It is my second summer vacation in Okinawa in the same hotel and is not going to be my last I be coming again and again.

I had an absolutely flawless stay at Okinawa NaHaNa Hotel & Spa. The staff were warm, professional, and incredibly attentive—always greeting us with a smile and happy to help with any request, even in English. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a generous buffet that blended Okinawan specialties with Western favorites, and the made-to-order options were a lovely touch. The highlight was the rooftop bar, where we enjoyed drinks while taking in stunning panoramic views of Naha—the perfect way to unwind each evening. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed, and the location couldn't be better, just a short walk to Kokusai Street with shops and dining all around. This hotel exceeded every expectation, and I can't wait to return.

Great location, staffs were helpful. Room was clean and spacious. One minor thing need to be addressed such as two bottles of water given as complimentary on the first day only. We have no issues of buying the water next family mart (30 second of walk LoL). This is just our comparison of the hotels we had stayed. Overall, it was enjoyable experiences.

This is a very nice hotel in a good location. The only things I did not like much was that the air conditioning is not cold. The vents are by the door and it does not cook the room down so the room can get very uncomfortable. In addition, there is no ventilation in the bathroom so the smell is not that great. It’s either mold or something but if you close the door it will smell like bad body odor when you reopen it again and after a hot shower the room warms quite a bit. It was not horrible but based on those two things I would not stay here again as I would prefer a hotel with better AC. However, the lobby is clean, the lounge is nice and they have washer and dryers in the basement which was very useful for us. I wish the smell and the AC were good because other than that this was a great hotel in a great location and the staff was very nice!

The staff were very accommodating and the room we had was clean! Even with the do not disturb sign on our door, they made sure to leave us clean toiletries and towels to use by our door! There are plenty of disposable that one can attain in the lobby for long drives and beach days. 100% recommend this hotel.
