Very disappointed. I have stayed numerous times at the hotel. I found it to be VERY TIRED. fountains not working out front. Circular door at entrance also not working. Carpets in shreds. Beds very tired. Spa carpets so dirty didn’t even want to go in. Lack of food. Everything is pushing you towards Gordon Ramsey restaurant. Food in upstairs restaurant was gross and it took 1 hour to get 5 hamburgers and 2 if the orders were screwed up. Needless to say we won’t be back until they do the desperately needed renovations.

Room was fantastic - beautiful view, clean, comfy beds and pillows, great turndown service. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Ate at Karma for lunch twice and happy hour and appies. Great food and amazing staff.

My favourite place to stay when in Vancouver. I'm here often and the staff is exceptional and the location cannot be beat.
Checked in late on this particular trip, so the usual staff that recognizes me wasn't working - hoping they'd leave a note on my name/ account so that you're always greeted and welcomed back. Not a huge deal, just something to note.
