Very bad customer service …had to park two blocks away at an off site cuz there was no parking available onsite due tonover crowding and i still had to pay resort fees that included parking

Everything was good

My oceanfront room with a balcony was ocean view with a shared balcony! Do not pay for a balcony unless you verify it isn’t shared! The bathroom had mold around the top of the door and the room smelt of mildew. The sargassum smell right now is terrible, so be aware. We used the pool for a very short time one day, but to be honest, it was cloudy and didn’t look well-maintained. For the cost of our stay, I was very disappointed with our room. The location is great because you are at the southernmost point, but we couldn’t even use the private beach access, which is the only reason I booked here. I was very disappointed. Resort is right at the end of Duval street and within walking distance to everything! Key West was great, but I would stay somewhere else next time. Rooms also advertised having a Keurig, but it is NOT. It’s an off brand type coffee pod maker- just FYI. Nice plus, there is a rental company literally across the street that I highly recommend. Very convenient when picking up and dropping off bicycles, scooters or golf carts. The girl there was super friendly and helpful! They will even pick you up from the airport and take you back- highly recommend! Don’t rent a car- parking is outrageous and nearly impossible to find.

Wouldn’t go back, first of all parking should be free with stay it costs me 30 per day for two nights, is already crazy! Also rooms should come with microwave and mini fridge since when is that an upgrade? Room very outdated. No

The room was very spacious and felt more like a small condo. The washer and dryer were a huge perk so that we didn't need to pack quite as much stuff. The view was spectacular. We did see several cockroaches throughout the room/ balcony areas. Many areas of the hotel are in need of updates. Quite a few of the restaurant staff/ buffet breakfast staff treated us like an inconvenience to their social hour. Overall, we liked the space in the rooms, the view, and the pools. I'd say this resort is good for families with smaller children with the pool options.
