Upon check in and check out there was a line and only 1 customer service rep which is unacceptable. Even when trying to use the check out kiosk it didnt work and said go to the front desk. Although we did not have a car the hotel has free valet and parking which is great as most other hotels charge. However, the resort does charge a $49 additional fee for amenities and we didn't even use the pool or workout facility. This should have been mentioned when making the reservation and it was not.

It was amazing!

Stayed here for a weekend just to explore the city and have a fun trip. This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel, it is not. I had a more meaningful interaction with the bus driver than the staff. No concierge service. No friendly service whatsoever, no information…when I had an issue with the WiFi not working I was met with a dismissive and rude attitude. The room had no mirror besides in the bathroom. There was no storage for anything in the room. The overall cleanliness was questionable. My friend and I both suffered from puffy red eye every morning from the air vent (dirty). The cork board was falling off the walls, WiFi did NOT work - if you need to do any business or work stay somewhere else! The last day the bathroom had a leak and flood. Be aware that this hotel will try and charge you a $90+ amenity fee a “mandatory fee” which is a joke and illegal in California - for services advertised as complimentary such as WiFi and the mini plastic bottle of water upon your arrival…oh and the s’mores which you can roast over the fire pit that is defunct or eat at the attached restaurant that is never open. Apparently there is a gym?! I would never know because at check in our credit card was taken but no information was ever given about anything-honestly the strangest hotel experience ever. If you plan to take a Lyft, the zoned pickup spots are 5 blocks down from the hotel. You’ll have to figure all this out on your own. Don’t bother asking staff-they have a wall to stare at.
