Property is ok. Really not much to it and service can’t even compare to Shangri La. Had to call multiple times to get towels delivered and breakfast buffet was mediocre at best. Would not be my 2nd or 3rd choice for resorts in Mactan. Shangri La is the same price after you add in the breakfast and Shangri La blows away Crimson in all aspects.

Very accomodating staff.clean and fresh environment.food not tasty but it's fine.kids enjoyed a lot on the kids pool and play ground.very wide hotel and peaceful..we love the whole stay..

Used to be a 5 star property but not anymore. This hotel needs a much needed upgrade other than that, the location is perfect especially if you have a family.
