Location was great. Right on the beach. Staff was great. Getting there a challenge. Book someone to assist you. This is a family hotel. Not the best for singles or younger people. Lots of kids. Only 3 pool loungers but covered in families with lots of young kids. Morning buffet not great but gives you something to start the day. The room I booked wasn’t available the day I arrived so was put in a different room. They didn’t inform me- just wrote it on the paperwork they asked me to sign. I had to bring it up. So I had to change rooms on the 2nd day. But it still wasn’t ready after 3pm. They did allow a late checkout on my last day to compensate which I really appreciated.

Excellent staff, called for refrigerator repair and repair guy was there before I could hang up! ( I left the refrigerator door slightly open overnight) my fault. Any other requests were taken care of immediately. The property was spotless and well maintained, security was on point and friendly. Im coming back here again.
