"Everything was good initially until when we checked out. A guy name Sudarna claimed himself is the manage of the resort. He hold my luggage and not let me take, because he said my kid has tore off the toilet curtain. And then when we agreed to settle the bill, when my Grab car is arrive, he talked to the driver in local language then the driver leave immediately.
