Beautiful hotel - hasn't changed since the last time we were there. Staff were extremely friendly as usual. Buffet breakfast as good as last time. Views looking over the ocean as the sun sets were worth the cost.
Although we had problems at check-in, the staff did everything possible to correct concern in very efficient manners. Hotel is very secure, safe, clean and offers multiple services on-site. We willl visit again.
Good emplacement near the action! Beach front with an amazing view, terasse for breakfast, good house keeping, but lack of services at the roof top bar and restaurant but overall services was pretty good!!
Lovely resort, nice and close to the beach. Easy walk into Kuta and close to Centro and Lippomall. Although a bit dated it is still fine. Beautiful pool and wonderful staff. Would definitely stay here again.
