"Incredible property right on the snow next to the ski lift. It was perfect to be able to ski in and out as we pleased. The staff were super helpful and lovely."

"Every detail was considered for the ultimate relaxing stay. The meals were great, the lobby always had refreshments and the massaging chair in the room was perfect. The main draw to staying here was the hot springs. I was relieved that my tattoo was not an issue in the baths. I would love to come back and stay longer next time!"

"We were very grateful for the cleanliness of the room! We had a room with a private bathroom, and both the sleeping area and the bathroom was very clean. Futon beds were comfortable and warm. "スタッフの方々のサービスはとても親切で良かったと思います。 館内も癒されるもので溢れていて居心地も良かったです。 お食事は盛り付けも綺麗ですし 演出も最高なのですが量、質が満足出来た感じではありませんでした。 山形県産米を使っていたのですがお家で炊いたご飯の方がツヤ感ももち感も上でした。県産米が生かされていなくて残念です。 せっかくの素敵な旅館なので お食事のグレードはもっとＵＰしても良いと思います。"

"Nice new hotel with spacious room and nice bathroom. It is a block from the train station and bus terminal so it is easy to explore the regions such as Zao Onsen and Yamadera. The hotel restaurant is one of the best serving famous local beef and hotel guests have a decent discount. Highly recommended for visiting Yamagata."
