Just 20 minutes drive from the city centre and skiing site. The staff is very helpfull and polite. The room is very clean and tidy. The onsen is on the top floor with a very good view. A highly recommended hotel.

Great value for money and very friendly staff

The staff were very welcoming and friendly and tried their best to communicate to my friends and I in English. They did a great job providing the information we needed for our stay. The facilities are great, especially the public baths. I would recommend staying here if you are looking for a place to stay in the area. My friends and I had visited the Zaō Fox Village then drive along the mountains to get to the hotel. Overall it was very good value for money and we were able to stay longer.

My room was dark, reeked of smoke and small. I was offered another larger room with view and had to pay more. The manager said he would waive the extra costs but at the bill when I checked out, he did not waive it. The food was mediocre. Hotel is not next to another, it was expensive to take taxi.

客室は昔の面持ちが残っていましたが、リニューアルして過ごしやすかったです。トイレのレバーが昔のトイレでしたが、不快な感じはしませんでした。みんなが集える空間ではフリードリンクを楽しめたり、ゲームの貸し出しもあり家族で楽しめました。我が家はマンガ大好きな子供たちたので、チェックアウトまで存分に楽しんでいました。

日頃のご褒美に4室限定の特別室に宿泊しました。部屋が広くゆったりのんびり出来ましたし、プランがスタンダードなので料理等に特別は期待していませんでしたが、予想外の半個室でのブランド米と美味しい料理に満足できました。何より最初のフロントの方から館内スタッフ料理スタッフまで気遣いが素晴らしく、また来たいと思わせてくれる宿です。桜の時期にまた行きます！

入浴施設と一緒になっている温泉宿。 １～２階に寛げるスペースがあり、無料の珈琲を頂きながら雑誌や漫画などを読むことができる。 泊まった部屋は和室で清潔感があり、窓からは蔵王を望むことができた。 館内着の他、浴衣もある。女性は色浴衣のサービスも。 お風呂は内湯、露天ともに蔵王を眺めながら入れる。 食事は畳部屋のテーブル席。山形牛を使った美味しい料理を頂くことができる。内陸だからか刺身系は少な目。 朝食は至って普通のバイキング。個人的にはもう少しバリエーション(品数)が欲しい所。 スタッフが丁寧で、館内もキレイです。館内にスリッパはなく素足(足袋含)で歩くのが少し抵抗ありました。

古い施設をリノベーションしたのか、日帰り温泉と共用の部分はきれい、部屋は古いという感じでした。 本がゆっくり読めたり、仕事するスペースが用意されていたのはとても良かったです。 部屋にコンセントが少なくて充電のやりくりが大変。 館内スリッパは言わないともらえないのは良くない。せめて、必要かどうかをチェックインのときに聞いてほしい。 食事は絶望的に量が多い。あんなに食べられないし、残すのは環境面からも本当に心苦しい。どうして残すほとの量を出すのか。メインはお造りかすき焼きかビーフシチューのいずれかで十分。もっと食べたい人が追加で頼めば良いと思う。
