The food at the hotel was amazing, especially the dinner. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a private onsen in our room which was really a bonus. The public onsens were also very clean and well maintained. The 8F one had great views. The rooms were very spacious. Amenities were great. The room and building were great; the staff polite, helpful, and cheerful. The full-course dinners were spectacular. Free shuttle bus running between the train station and hotel. Breakfast included was amazing. Plate painting is something memorable. Staff are very helpful with and speaking different languages. Room is spacious and clean.
