Fantastic hotel with lovely staff. We were in room 1112 to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Hotel were really quick with replying to queries prior to booking and even had a hand written note and sweets upon arrival to celebrate Loved zaandam. Really pretty town. Room big and very clean, bed very comfortable. Staff were all amazing. Breakfast was really nice, good variety. 2min walk to Zaandam station only about 10 mins on train to Amsterdam Central, and about 25 mins from airport.

The staff are very kind, and their hospitality is exceptional.

Close to train station and local supermarket. A nice quiet area to stay when visiting Amsterdam. Only a short 12 minute ride from the hotel to Amsterdam Centraal. Very large beds too.

Everything was excellent. Our stay at the hotel was brilliant. Excellent service and we absolutely loved our hotel room.

Excellent and close to amenities

Very easy going accomodation, staff are very helpful ,no noise when we stayed.We did not have any issues , will stay again if back in Amsterdam(even though is not central , the bus stop is very close and gets you to the city centre in about 15/ 20 minutes

This hotel is definitely worth 5 stars, best hotel we've stayed at so far in Holland! The best welcome ever, the receptionist a blond lady were super helpful, 10/10 in knowledge, I had to book for the sauna and gym and the girls were super helpful at that time. Close to the Central Station so a handy location for the eurostar. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Great base if your happy to walk (or cycle) to the main attractions. I was on the 2nd floor on the corner and outside noise was not issue. At points you can hear the trams rumbling but I didn't find it intrusive. They have a fun little bar that does great cocktails!

Far and away my favourite hotel in central Amsterdam, for either business our tourism. Great location within easy walking distance of the main tourist areas but in a quieter location. Staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble for them. Real quirky hotel, totally different from anything I have stayed in before, but in a good way. Free wine hour in the early evening! would totally recommend this hotel.
