Quaint Mountain Cabin at the entrance to Yosemite National Park

"This cabin was great. We loved the original feel of the cabin and the proximity to the south entrance of the park. We had two very minor issues at check-in and Rick responded almost immediately to help us with the issues. It was nice to speak with the actual owner and not a rental company that does not intimately know the property. We ate in most meals and the cabin had all the amenities and utensils we needed. The mini split ACs worked well and kept the cabin cool mid-summer. We actually had the privilege of meeting Rick and his family as they were doing a remodel in the neighborhood (it will make a great rental in the near future!). They were extremely nice and had great knowledge of the area. Our kids enjoyed playing in the woods. There was a neat trail across the street, down to the creek, which was a fun walk and play area for the kids. We would return again!"

"This place is amazing! So much room and beautiful location! We didn’t want to leave! We enjoyed the deck every night. Made s’mores in the firepit, sat in the hot tub which felt great after a long day of hiking in Yosemite. Very close to the south entrance of Yosemite (2 miles). We particularly enjoyed the record player with Sinatra…very nostalgic! We would come back in a heartbeat! "
"We absolutely loved our stay at this home! It was beautifully kept and fully equipped with everything we needed… from kitchen supplies to cozy blankets. The backyard creek was such a peaceful highlight… we dipped our toes in and enjoyed the calming sound of the water each day. The location was perfect, just minutes from the south entrance to Yosemite, which made getting into the park so easy. My daughters and nephews made unforgettable core memories here, from hiking adventures to stargazing at night in the driveway!! We couldn’t have asked for a better base for our Yosemite trip!"
"This is an excellent property. Comfortable beds, plenty of hot water, well stocked kitchen. Very clean. Amazingly quiet area, idyllic, in a word. A bit if a trip to Yo Valley but not really a problem, just requires some planning in terms of time. We would book again with no hesitation. "
