Exceeded all my expectations.

We had a lovely stay at Bosun's Chair and would highly recommend it. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the local area and enjoy everything nearby. Our room was beautiful, with cool, stylish décor and a comfortable, welcoming feel. The bathroom was equally impressive, with nice towels and quality toiletries provided. We arrived to a very warm welcome with one of the staff carrying and escorting us to our room, through out the stay was excellent as all of the staff were very professional, smartly dressed and the hospitality and very polite people. The room was comfortable and warm, there room staff was very helpful to offering us fresh towels on the next day. We did not stay for any breakfast as we had plenty things to do and explore the New Forest Treasures as we had never been down those necks of the wood...

What a wonderful find the hotel is set in a wonderful part of the New Forest Bucklers Hard. Beaulieu. Exbury gardens. Every staff member was very helpful, charming and professional. The hotel and grounds are very nice. Overlooking Beaulieu river. The food was excellent, the restaurant - Bar staff were amazing. The room was very nice. The whole experience was relaxing and we were looked after very very well. Will be returning at some point in the near future

All staff were friendly and welcoming...our room was very comfortable and clean. Shower was excellent Food was of very high quality and lots of it Recommend the Steak & Ale pie with Garlic Mash & Fish n Chips The local ale was lovely...and local gins and isle of wight whisky went down well. All in all a 10/10 experience from start to finish

Fantastic stay at this hotel. A real gem and the restaurant Jetty is superb. Staff very attentive, always available and courteous. I will be gladly come back.

Loved everything about this hotel. Lovely thoughtful touches in the room - fan, radio, chocolate, nice shower products. Very comfortable and clean.

A little gem, beautifully appointed throughout. Room 10 comes with a large pink bathroom which includes a bath the length of which I had not yet encountered, a toilet built like a tank (double hinged toilet seat and cover) and a mahusive walk-in shower large enough to fit big foot. At breakfast (included) we opted for fresh fruit salad, yoghurt, a croissant (still warm and crispy) and well cooked full English with more options available. And yes, the beds are comfortable, I managed to clock...

The staff Alex, Alex, Elliot, Izabella, Dan, Pedro, Giovanni, Jacopo, Eleanor, Ollie, Carlotta, Beatrice, Jason and last but not least Maddie and Andy the chef that came in early on our last morning to cook us breakfast and serve as we had a coach to catch before the restaurant was open were all so welcoming and warm throughout our stay Thank you from the CWU Grampian & Shetland Branch

Great hotel..fantastic room with a view..lovely lively bar and nice staff..would definitely go again.

An amazing experience and will definitely be returning. Every single employee treated me and my partner well and they went abohe and beyond to ensure we had a good stay. The food was fantastic and the best steak i have ever eaten. Big shoit out to Paul who worked there on making us feel at home.
