"This was a nice house for our family. Very close to the airport. Easy check in process. Great host. "

"The property wasn’t ready when we arrived for 3pm, eventually ready at 5pm. When we arrived the fridge was not turned on so we could not refrigerate anything for several hours, the doors were left closed so when opened the fridge smelled awful & very unhygienic. Cutlery & utensils were rusty & in very poor condition. All the beds were broken in some way & extremely uncomfortable, no decent nights sleep were had by the 6 of us. 1 room had a burnt out extension lead. Dark coloured futon with...

"Superbly newly renovated property in a great location. Very quiet area and car parking was easy throughout my stay. Smart tv, comfy bed, well equipped kitchen etc made it ideal for my 12 night stay "

"Amazing spot not too far from centre. Everything you could possibly want. Brilliant stay. Thanks!"

"The location is next to a nursery school. We went in the half term and it was quiet area. Plenty of parking and easy to find"

"Host Azan was so clear with all the house rules and check in details, house was so cosy and felt like home away from home, azan accommodated to our late check out request on a last min basis which was soo appreciated, will deffos return as it was a prim location and close by to Trafford centre too"

However, although lovely to speak to, they were quite cheeky as AFTER booking and paying in full, we were asked to additionally pay either a non-refundable damage deposit or a 'large' refundable deposit which was NOT mentioned in the description. Having these hidden costs spoilt the booking process and felt a little unsettling."

"The check in process was made easier due to clear instructions for an unfamiliar keypad system. The house was immaculately clean and any niggles attended to promptly by Jen. It is very convenient with most rooms en suite. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen utensils were well ranged and of a good quality. Decor was tasteful and parking did not prove a problem as we always found spaces for 3 cars near to the property. One of the reasons (the cleanliness comfort and convenience being others) for...

"Good location, very good for a large family. Could've been much better with a better sofa in the living area and some of the beds definitely need improvement especially the mattresses other than that it was overall good 👍"

"A lovely property. Warm, comfortable and nicely located near to the heart of Manchester City Centre. We stayed as a group during a conference. Would highly recommended this as a base. Fantastic "
