"I had a really good stay at the Southwold. The owners were helpful and friendly and the B&B was clean and tidy. The breakfasts in the morning were also large and tasty. I had the single room right up on the top floor, which was up a normal flight of stairs, then a second steeper set which I didn't mind but others may have trouble with. Ample on street parking available and within 5-10 minutes walk of Skegness Pier and easy driving distance to Butlins. Upon arrival John met us and showed us the rooms and gave us some information about the local area. Rooms were spot on, amazing location and a quality price. As a commuter, I do not often leave feedback as I stop out quite a lot, however the family rooms are amazing and I will be back again with my family!"

"Absolutely beautiful cottage. Perfect placement for a Norfolk beach break away. Very clean, tidy and beautifully decorated property ! Loved the bathroom ! Bed was very comfortable ! Excellent communication with the owner and the property has a lovely pub very close by which is great. Lovely landlord and lady. "Loved staying here, it was a different experience to staying at a hotel, it was cosy and comfortable. Had a lovely patio area outside where we sat every morning with a cuppa tea, at night we enjoyed sitting under stars while watching films on our laptop. It was dog friendly and our cocker spaniel absolutely loved the stay, lots of beautiful walks around the site, people to meet and it’s less than 20 mins to Skegness for the beach.
