"On arriving the location was great, parking was good as it was roadside. We were greeted by weeds to the front and filthy guttering. We couldn’t get in the door as the key lock wasn’t working so we rang the number and the spare key was under the plant pot by the front door. "Smell of weed through out whole place eveb thou no smoking aloud . Ppl running about the corridors at all hours Terrible shouting and banging from room opposite at all hours of day and night reception informed but dont think anything was dome as it continued. Room needs some tlc mould on roof in bathroom toilet seat falling off and tge toilet basin itself moves away from floor shower needs a good scrub mould all around it caperts need a clean and curtains fitted correctly good for just sleeping in room but rest needs sorting"

"I was really awful experience, they just at the bar reception for check in. Then after we through, we only there in a building. When we reached they just help to open a room, and disappeared. At the entry in a room we realised the bathroom door handle is already broken, and in 30 degree hot weather, we are not able to open a windows, as it was sealed. They left an emergency contact number, no one picking the phone. I left down to the bar/reception, no one there. We want to ask to order a food from hotel restaurant, no one there to help. We went out fir dinner. In the morning, we've been down for breakfast, again you can't see any single person to ask where we can have breakfast! I did called again, no one replied. I did email about their services, thank God I received email, saying " we are not premier inn kind of big hotel, we are just small family running this hotel, if you need to book a breakfast or dinner you need to mention at check-in time." It doesn't matter, if someone should not be there to discuss about breakfast. Such an awful experience."

"The Chadwick is in a great location and is nice, kitchen is not very well equiped there are lots of empty cupboards. There was tea and coffee but sugar had ran out. On arrival we opened all windows as the place had been heavily sprayed with air freshener which i cant stand and luckily none of us have asthma"
