"On arriving the location was great, parking was good as it was roadside. We were greeted by weeds to the front and filthy guttering. We couldn’t get in the door as the key lock wasn’t working so we rang the number and the spare key was under the plant pot by the front door. On entering the property it was very grim , not clean at all. Things were very grubby like cupboards were greasy and dusty. The shower in downstairs room was not useable as it’s was completely broken and needed a new hose and...

"It was the cheapest option available on Expedia. Location was absolutely perfect. All the main shops were 7-10 minutes walk from my apartment. Beach was on 8 min walk. Room was reasonably clean. No problem with checking in. Nice quiet spot for rest after the full day of excitement. Can’t complain about anything for the price I paid. With little bit of TLC the owner can get double the amount of money."

Mayfair Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Only stayed one night as was on a working visit. Really clean room and was met by the owner, who was very helpful. I couldn't fault this Hotel in any way. 10 min walk to the main street and all good. Would definitely recommend."

Red Lion Inn Partney

"This is a great place to stay away from the coast but near enough to visit. Our room was amazing, beautiful decor & two easy chairs to relax at the end of a days walking. Christine was very friendly & nothing was too much trouble. Lovely area to sit outside weather permitting. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again."

OYO Diamond Apartments Skegness

8/10 Good

"Location excellent. Check in excellent. Near shops and popular public houses. Train station/bus station also very close as was the Beach. No noise issues although we were in the front facing apartment. The entrance hall was clean . No lifts. We were on 1st floor. Room needed some decorating to the wall/ceiling in the bay. Bathroom also needs some attention from a possible flood at sometime from upstairs. Plaster work needs attention All crockery etc was OK and clean."

"We were in skegness a little earlier, but it was a bit rainy day . Aramide let as ceck in bit earlier then schedule, as the flat was ready and she didn't want us to hang around in the rain. Thank you Aramide for that. Olso the flat was clean and confortable, I can't fault any part of the experience. Raccomend any time."
