Hotel a considerable walk from the centr and the beach. Stairs to second floor very steep and very difficult to negotiate with a suitcase. Breakfast not sampled but thought quite expensive. Bathrooms very clean and beds comfy

Lovely Hotel & Staff

Beautiful Hotel, friendly helpful staff, lovely room and very clean & comfortable. Sunday lunch is very good. We'll definitely return next time we're in the area.

Liked how friendly the staff were and clean the room was. But we wish they had opened the windows in the day as it was a hot day and the room was so hot. There was no air conditioning either & with 4 of us sharing a room we didnt get much sleep as too hot .

We had a two night stay. The hotel is in a quiet part of Skegness but it was a lovely walk via the beach into town. The room was fine, we did not have any toiletries In the room but had bought our own. The staff at breakfast worked hard and were really good. The hotel is tired in places, the stair carpet leading up to the second floor in particular. The grounds are lovely and there were plenty of nice seating areas.

We were made to feel very welcome All the staff were polite and friendly Our evening meal in the restaurant was very nice even if we did have to wait a while after ordering The breakfast was lovely and the breakfast team were well organized Thankyou for a memorable stay God bless you all

Super stay!

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was clean (just a couple of clipped toenails on the floor!) and the service was fantastic. Particularly impressed with the man who served our breakfast! It was the first time that they hadn’t done a buffet due to COVID 19 so it was hard for them to remember everything, but they did!! The breakfast was amazing - so delicious!! We will certainly be booking again!!

The experience was very good, All staff very polite and attentive. Restaurant food, evening and breakfast, were also very good. Room exceptional, separate lounge, bedroom and toilet area, heating brilliant, like 'Bahamas in your bedroom'.

All food was excellent, beyond expectations. We stayed in Room 3 - Room a little tired with small window, with poor lighting and heating in bathroom. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Stayed here several times over the past years. Rooms are clean, Shower good, lovely towels, big tv. Food is great. Staff are very helpful and friendly and accommodating Quiet ,away from town noise. Lovely cosy bar with real fire.

what a shame!

The place was lovely. It was will maintained and the staff were all welcoming. The rooms were comfortable and well presented. The only downside was getting woken up at 6.45 on Sunday morning by a very noisy delivery that lasted all morning.

Great Welcome as always, they are really a very nice helpful staff and not just in the Bar. Only had one problem, the Bathroom in room 8 was freezing. The good news the Breakfast was one of the biggest I have seen !!
