"Stayed 2 nights due to going to a family party and wanting somewhere close by. Clean and comfortable, ideal for what i needed. Bed was really comfortable. If i had to pick a fault, i would say to get some brighter colours, it was very dark inside. Would definitely stay again."

The decor was a bit dated, but overall quite clean, all the essentials and complimentary coffee and water which was great. "It's a little gem!! Lovely location in Lincolnshire, near enough for the main birdlife sites. Run by Emma and Mark, a super friendly couple. The garden room enables a great space to sit in and relax, away from the bedroom. Breakfast was super-tasty and just the right amount of food. Great little home from home. "Loved staying here, it was a different experience to staying at a hotel, it was cosy and comfortable. Had a lovely patio area outside where we sat every morning with a cuppa tea, at night we enjoyed sitting under stars while watching films on our laptop.
