"The staff were absolutely amazing nothing was too much trouble. Clean and tidy. Excellent room, But if you want air conditioning you need to pay a premium for it. "I imagine this hotel is wonderful in the Summer but it was absolutely freezing, the heating wasn't even turned on in the building, there was no extra blanket or duvet in the room provided. When I told reception the next day I got blamed for not saying beforehand but wasn't told that customer service was 24/7 when I checked in? Other than that breakfast was average, room was clean bathroom tiny"
