"Third stay at this hotel and as always found our stay very pleasant. The room is always clean and has more than enough space. The staff are a credit to the hotel and are friendly and informative . Breakfast offers a good selection and the cooked food is always fresh. Parking is available adjacent to the hotel and is complimentary for guests. The hotel is situated within easy walking distance of Liverpool One and many of the city attractions. Even the walk down to the Mersey and the Albert Dock is a relatively easy stroll. No doubt we will return in the future."

"This was a lovely place staff are very helpful and friendly rooms are big bed was lovely to sleep in as well shower room his big and if u can go to the spa that lovely aswell and relax like I said staff are excellent and the breakfast is very nice aswell I can not find any fault with this place"

"So the hotel doesn’t look much from the outside but inside it’s well furnished, great decor and very clean. The room had a charming aesthetic with beams, the bedding was excellent and very well equipped. The only complaint I had about the room was the nespresso machine was fiddly and the hot water is really hot so be careful! Would recommend especially for couples."
