"The hotel was very comfortable, and its location near the city center made it easy to get anywhere we wanted to go. I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 for one reason. Our room was advertised as a nice window room, but the window looked into a dirty structure with barbed wire, inside the building, overlooking the lounge. I kept the curtains closed the whole stay because looking out gave me the major ick. I would suggest covering those windows with an opaque film that still lets light through, so guests don't have to see the garbage right outside."

"We had a long layover so we opted to stay at the Sofitel. The room was great as was the on property restaurant we dined at. We're happy with our choice & would stay at this location again."

"The beautiful atrium had a breakfast that was mediocre. Internet was weak up in the room. Convenient to subway to city center and to airport; the hotel is across the street from Hatton Crossing stop on the Piccadilly line. Nice hotel."

"Solid as per usual. Breakfast was great - enough selection but would love to see black pudding on the list! Staff always attentive and room is basic but does exactly what it needs to. Always stay here when travelling. Would highly recommend"

"Arrived at approximately 10.30pm and we were surprised to find we had been upgraded. The young girl at reception was very helpful as a couple of weeks ago when staying there I left my phone charger there but unfortunately it hadn't been handed in."
