We were given a good welcome. Although evening meals are not served, there were some good restaurants nearby ( food was delicious at Chiakos). Room was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was perfectly adequate. Staff were friendly and helpful even though one had been on duty for many hours with only a few hours sleep! Highly recommended.

Big conference hotel but about as cosy as they come. Very nice.

The room was clean. The staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was good, loved that it was a buffet. Enjoyed the swimming pool and the jacuzzi. Area is nice and secluded, has an element of peace and quiet.

I was able to check in early. We were greatfull as we were hungry and tired.

We were very happy with the hotel. The room was very clean, the bed comfy, the breakfast excellent. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. Despite the fact that there was a wedding reception on the second night, we were not disturbed by any noise. The swimming pool, spa bath, sauna and steam room were very nice. We will use this hotel again and can thoroughly recommend it.

We were very pleased with the Hotel in general, but the night staff do not control unruly customers. children were running up and down corridors and parents so drunk, they had no idea what the kids were doing. We could not find a member of staff

The staff is welcoming and rooms are tidy. I paid for parking bcz l didn't use their website saying its free parking if lm to use their website. But besides that overall the place is on spot.

It was a family get together have dined there before so the Hotel was extra it was a complete success .

This is the most comfortable hotel I've stayed in for business or pleasure- the beds were perfect, as were the duvet thickness and pillow softness, both of which I've often found to be a problem at hotels. They got in touch with me in advance to check if I had any requests for high or low floor, duvet or pillow preferences, I asked for soft pillows if possible and they provided ones that were perfect, and the ideal number of them. What a lovely surprise! This is a beautiful hotel in every way. The rooms are astonishing with so many little details. The renovations are incredibly impressive. The staff were fabulous. And the breakfast lovely. A truly relaxing stay and a great find.

travelling a lot means you invariably experience a wide variety of hotels. I have always preferred small hotels and Jasmine House takes some beating. Great service and a brilliant room added up to an extremely comfortable short stay. Sadly, couldn't stay for breakfast but I intend returning soon. Highly recommended.

All wonderful, the staff are so lovely, friendly yet professional. My room was beautifully refurbished and a very pleasant stay.
