"Loved our stay at here, staff were very welcoming and helpful and patient with our young Vizsla dog. Ideal set up for staying with a dog, with rooms located opposite site of the car park to the cosy pub. Food was excellent. Definitely would come and stay here again. "

"Very good value stay £70 room including 2 breakfasts'! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only slight downside is the noise if there is live music in the pub, but this wrapped up around midnight for us and closing the window made it barely audible to no big issue."

"Nice place to stay here if visiting Shrewsbury area. Food good at Breakfast, although became nervous when waitress was leaning across you to serve orange juice, this could have been avoided with small decanted bottles put on tables to use if required. Breakfast not a relaxing experience when the waitress who was very friendly was rushing around puffing and panting as she passed very close to our table repeatedly as we were next to the kitchen entrance.
