"Good size room and bathroom. Staff at reception helpful. Car park underground, space when we arrived. Just across the road from. Hatton Cross tube/bus station. Would stay again."

"The room was small but the beds were comfortable and it was quiet. The "ultra modern" theme made the room a little less useful, with all the electronics controled on a board that lit up at the slightest sound (very annoying in the middle of the night). They were pretty stingy with toilet paper and soap, which is what lost them a rating point. The breakfast was really good with ample selection and great quality. The highlight of the hotel is the absolutely welcoming feeling given off by the staff. Everyone was nice to us and it really made our stay special."

"Excellent location. Comfortable rooms but some little bits of maintenance needed in places. My room had no desk lamp which I had to ask for. Eventually one was found. The computers in the business centre are still a disaster - this has been going on for several years."

"Great location for terminals 2 and 3. Easy walking to both The staff were very helpful. Great to have computers and a printer for customer use. I was somewhat surprised, however, that bottles of water are not provided in the rooms."
Renaissance London Heathrow Hotel

"This is a great hotel to stay. The staff are helpful and friendly, the large lobby is great for meeting up with friends or hanging out. The rooms were quiet. We had a problem with the thermostat in our room, not sure if we couldn't figure it out but it kept resetting itself. There's a small "tuck " shop where you can pick up insundries and a small cafe where you can get a coffee. The restaurant has a good menu and the food and service was great. We also used the bar, where we had a light snack and great non-alcoholic cocktails. Perhaps best of all is the hotels location close to Windsor for a day out but most of all for those who love plane spotting it overlooks one of the runways. I probably spent 3 -4 hours standing on the grassy mound outside watching the planes."
