The owners totally ignored our calls and they didn't communicate with us prior to arriving. We direcy called, wrote messages with no responses. We never got the property access code. "This apartment worked out great for our family trip! 5 minute walk to the closest tube station, washing machine (no dryer) with outdoor patio to dry clothes. Because it is located on the ground floor- it was nice and cool during an unusual heat wave for London! Steve was very responsive and tried hard to accommodate all of our needs/requests- even letting us arrive early so we could store our bags! All in all a great stay!"
