Got to my room no toilet paper in the room realize when I went to go to bed. The floor was dirty. Went to take a shower in the morning and the bath mat was dirty. The group of people that were out front of the hotel were there till about 10:30 in the morning, making all kinds of noise right at the front entrance, where everybody came in and out people staying above me were extremely noisy. I have to say I was not happy with the conditions at all. It looks like you do advertise that you have breakfast, but there is no breakfast so you need to fix that online. No washers and dryers available. Only thing I can say is my sheets were clean thank goodness no hairdryer in the room no microwave in the room very disappointed. I stayed in room 225." We slept horribly, woke up feeling sick from breathing in the mold, and left as quickly as we could. The woman at the front desk was kind in our interactions, but when we tried to get a refund, the manager, whose permission was needed, was hard to get a hold of. The staff would not respond to our messages online and we had to call 5 or 6 times. They did end up refunding us for the second night we were planning to stay but refused to refund us for our entire stay. We would not recommend staying here.
