"A short one night stay as we attended an event locally. Staff friendly, room was perfect for our stay. Great night sleep, bed is very comfortable. Lovely shower and used the complimentary body wash. Breakfast was great, something for everyone. And loved the option of being able to take away a coffee as we’re in a bit of a rush. "

"This hotel is absolutely superb. Room enormous, bed comfortable, well appointed, beautiful decking area and view out of the patio doors across the lake. Staff all very professional and friendly, breakfast pretty good, afternoon tea pretty good. I'd have liked a bit more choice at breakfast as a vegetarian: boiled eggs and marmite, some more vegetables? All a bit greasy. Also more cereal options? Afternoon tea would be better with home made scones! Spa excellent, pool area wonderful, treatments amazing. Gym facilities very good, and really helpful opening at 5am! Thanks, super all round."

"Our first spa experience and I thought it might be a bit posh and stiff, not at all, staff were welcoming, very professional but not in your face. Our continental breakfast had hot options too. Spa facilities were soo relaxing, cant wait to do it all again."

"A one night stop over which suited us fine. A bonus having a nice pub in the same car park. Staff were friendly and helpful. Seemed a bit odd that in such a big “ disabled” room the bed was a very small double."

"A great hotel option for our one-night stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly and we used the pool which was very good. We didn't have an evening meal there however the buffet breakfast was excellent with lots of options. The room was very comfortable and although paying for parking isn't the best option it was secure parking and there was a discount for guests."
