Recently renovated throughout to provide fabulous group accommodation for families, corporate guests or perhaps a DIY Wedding venue in the Lake District. Walking through the grand entrance, you and your guests will be in awe by the grandeur, yet quirky elegance and gothic sophistication, from William Morris wall coverings to neon cocktail bar signs. Room for all of you to be together or lounges where you can sit quietly or party in your very own cocktail bar. Relax in the library with a book, watch a movie in the basement cinema room, or challenge fellow guests to a game of pool or table tennis in the games room. There's even a room especially for the children, with a PlayStation and wall-mounted Smart TV. The walls can be coloured-in too! The Kitchen has all mod cons and space to cater for up to 36 easily. Should you require a private chef's details, we can help with this. The Dining room is large and beautifully decorated and features a wood-burning stove and lovely lake views with space to fit up to 36 dining guests. The room is large enough to customise the table and seating arrangements as required. Fallbarrow Hall will not disappoint! It is the perfect place to host a private gathering, allowing up to 36 people, with 16 bedrooms plus two self-contained dog-friendly apartments. All the bedrooms are individually decorated with plush upholstery and chandeliers, to sophisticated Shaker-style themed rooms. Accommodation Summary: Well-equipped kitchen with Belfast sink including dishwasher, 2 fridges, two ovens and hobs, and drinks chillers. Large utility room with washing machine and tumble dryers. Dining room for up to 36 guests with wood-burning stove and stunning lake views. Beautifully opulent lounge with lots of seating, wood stove and large stone mullioned windows with more breathtaking views. Quiet Library. Lounge has plenty of seating and a 65" Smart TV. 42" TV in Children's room compatible with Games Console. 72” Smart TV in cinema room with Netflix, Chromecast and streaming capabilities. WiFi is available throughout. Basement games room with table football and pool. There is a wood stove in the lounge and the dining room. The house is centrally heated. The Bedrooms 18 en-suite bedrooms: 1 bedroom is accessible with a wet room and alarm call points. 17 king-size beds (11 are zip and link beds that can be twinned on request). Apartment 1: Two bedrooms - king-size double and bunk beds. Apartment 2: One bedroom – king-size double. Accessible bedroom available with direct ramp access from the car park. Level access throughout the ground floor.
