The cottage has been beautifully renovated and the finish and furnishings throughout were of the highest quality. The cottage is extremely well equipped and nothing was lacking. "Perfect location to main street (mall) of Canterbury only being maybe 10 minute or less walk. Well stocked to cater for guests including books for light reading. Heating system was very effective. Garden patio with table and chairs in front and back were appreciated on the fine, sunny days. Booklet of general town information and instructions for the heating system and tv etc kept us well informed. Check in information was easy to follow. "The property was very clean and tidy. The Continental Breakfast provided was varied, plentiful and fresh. We only met the owner, Rosie and one other member of staff called Linda. Both were very welcoming, nice, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we didn’t really have time to investigate the area as our stay there had been for the purpose of visiting friends who we had met on previous holidays abroad and to attend their daughter’s wedding. We wouldn’t hesitate to book to stay at Hogwarts again...
