"Very friendly front of house staff. Hotel and spa a little rundown. Hot stone massage was amazing. The hotel do a lunch/bar menu that consist of sandwiches and baguettes from 12 till 5 everyday. However the biggest let down was that the chef had " closed the kitchen" because he wasn't prepared for valentine's day dinners and refused to make me something. I was there on a two night stay so lunch was something I definitely needed. I had to complain a lot and it took The front of house manager a lot to persuade the chef to make me something, but all he would offer was a very basic egg sandwich. This was very disappointing. "

"Front of house staff were best thing about the hotel. Decor was outdated & bed sheets smelt. The gym was the worst gym I’ve ever been to, wasn’t even x2 of some of the weights. Really needs addressing if the hotel is advertising a gym as an facility"

"Great location. 20 minutes drive into Oxford city centre, or 5 minutes to Park & Ride. Lovely modern upgraded room with upgraded mattress and duvet. Modern and clean bathroom. Ample free parking. Tasty free breakfast. Lovely staff. "

"Room was clean and well appointed. Excellent sound insulation. Bed good but pillows a little hard. Breakfast fin. Brasserie bar gets very busy in the evening. Parking very reasonably priced. "

"Very friendly and accommodating staff. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the breakfast selection excellent. We did find our room too hot and there was a droning noise on and off all night which wasn’t related to the room itself. We mentioned it to the staff on check out and they immediately said they’d investigate. Excellent customer service throughout our stay. "

"Great internet, excellent bathroom, nice room...! Staff has been welcoming and helpful. Restaurant at the hotel is also very good, the bar has a lot of happenings, and there is a pool available, with sauna and steam bath. Fitness is also great, so overall it is a great place to stay!"

"Room was very nice clean spacious well maintained. leisure club functional but not a plesant space to relax i would not call this a spa. No treatments availbale during week and no space to sit and relax by pool so more a functional business hotel"
