Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well kept. The A/C is a portable unit that is duct taped to the window outlet and is very noisy. Only one window opens a small amount and does not provide proper ventilation. Bathroom fan and kitchen fan are also noisy. Will not stay here again because the room is far too hot at night. Do not recommend staying here if outside temperature is above freezing.

Everything was amazing, from service to room to comfort. Note that the hot tub was not open, which would have been nice! The bath tub was a great size though.

Everything was great about the hotel except the noise around our room. The elevator is old and makes loud metal scrapping noise everytime it moves. Unfortunately, our room was next to it. The location is great right in the village. Lots of dininga and shopping. Will stay again as long as we get a better room away from the elevator.

Overall a pleasant stay. Great location and walking distance to gondola, shops, and restaurants. Negative- I had specifically booked to stay at this hotel because it listed hot tub in the amenities. After checking in, we found out that the hot tub was out of order indefinitely. I would have booked other accommodations had I known there was no hot tub.

The price is fair, hot spa is closed without notice. 10am check out time which is early than other hotel, 4pm check in, can’t even a little earlier. Then the room cleaning is about 6 hours window? Staff service is average.

Upon check in the front desk employee had put us in the wrong room. We had paid for an entirely different room than we had got. I have emailed Expedia and Vacasa 3 times in regards to this and am still waiting for a response. Also advertised in the room name is “hottub” yet it is drained. This feels like a hotel version of a catfish.

I was put into a room which seemingly had no neighbors so it was completely quiet around me. I also should mention that I had great street access without having to go through the lobby/front desk area.

Me and my friend were not expecting a nice hotel whatsoever so we were amazed. Photos are severely outdated. Kitchenette has modern finishing and a clean ol' cooktop. Good hotel, great receptionists and perfectly central. Only complaint is the A/C system. We felt like we were caressed by the devil at night even though the mode was at its highest, goodness.
