The hotel was clean with a well appointed king room with small kitchen. The hotel is located in the heart of Victoria allowing us to walk to our function easily. We felt very safe in the hotel and found the facility quiet except for the external street noises which are out of the hotels control. Ear plugs were offered to help with the pedestrian noises making sleep easier. We will book with Best Western again on our next trip to Victoria.

Very helpful staff. Room was clean and everything worked. Linen and towels very clean like new. Check in was smooth and well explained. We arrived early but was offered a room without us asking. Helpful to look after luggage after we checked out so we could continue exploring. Enjoyable stay and with no drama

We stayed in a King Suite and had a very nice experience overall. The room was spacious, and we enjoyed the view facing the front of the building. The staff were always welcoming whenever we came in, and it was a nice touch that they remembered us. The valet service was top-notch, and we really appreciated that earplugs were provided to help with the street noise, as passing cars could be quite loud at night. We did notice a few tiny ants in the kitchen. Overall, the friendly service and excellent valet experience made our stay enjoyable!

This is a GREAT hotel to stay at if you want to stay in a clean, safe room in the heart of all the action. We enjoyed all of the fun things so close to this location. The room was everything we needed. Clean, quiet, the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The lobby area is kept very clean and is a nice area to read or look out at the city passing by. You are a 10 minute walk from everything. So much fun! Ruby's downstairs is a great breakfast spot with friendly staff who are informative about the city.
