I like that the hotel is close to all restaurants and walkable. Very convenient. The room is also nice. The elevator just takes too long to access. Overall, will go back again to Crystal Lodge.

The parking area is tight, tight space between cars and not well lit. Also, its not included with accommodation. Overall, nice hotel to stay short-term. Location is convenient. Next to convention center, where you can park with same amount as the hotel charges.

Staff was amazing! Can’t thank them enough for everything they did for us! They helped with my proposal and set up the room for us with champagne, flowers and balloons, leaving it completely stress free for me. Super respectful and caring! I would recommend them to anyone.

This has been my favourite Whistler Resort to date. The location is centrally located. The rooms are beautiful and beds comfortable. We loved the dry sauna & the easy access to Starbucks. Plan on staying here the next time we comeback. Staff were excellent!

We had a great experience! Property is beautiful, very welcoming lobby and spotless, fresh smelling rooms. Excellent location, comfortable bed and pillows, nice shower and products. Fridge was stocked with conveniences like juice and wine, but the one negative comment is that they should have real creamers in there too, not the instant crap that ruined what would’ve been lovely coffee. Luckily it’s right above Starbucks so we survived ;) All in all I’d definitely stay there again.

AC is extremely loud. It was lake wake up alarm every time when was turning on during the night. Staff are great.
