Things management would work on the toilet required several platelets to flush and the room went cold due to a window left open - which I forgot to close so not so bad :) will definitely recommend. "Poor. Bed was not made up in room, bin full and room not ready. it was corrected and staff apologized. Rooms are hard to find and lifts are small and do not work properly! Housekeeping knocked on door early followed by maintenance which was not urgent and could have been done after checkout time. "
