"The staff were lovely, helpful, visible and polite. The food was great for the 50% off which it was that day. The restaurant, reception and room no complaints at all. The only thing I could say to improve would be the stairwell to the rooms wasn’t hoovered and didn’t look like it had been for a while. The carpet was also ripped in a couple of places. "

"My daughter and I stayed at Twin Oaks for the weekend and had a really lovely stay. The breakfast was delicious and all the staff there were really friendly and helpful. The housekeeper was also very respectful and accommodating. Beds were also very comfy! Thank you"

"We have stayed here twice now - and was more then pleased with everything on the first visit, on the second we had a room facing the car park and not the marina as last time, so that was a little bit disappointing. Also a gas pipe on the wall outside kept making noise thruout the night. "
