"We stayed for 2 nights and walked into Canterbury several times. Room was nice, bed was very comfortable but we didn’t really use any other facilities at the hotel. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful. We would use the hotel again if we return to Canterbury."

I even commented to my partner that I've never seen a glass shower door so clean. The staff were wonderful and all had a lovely and welcoming presence. Loved the hot buffet breakfast too. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Whistable."

Views and walks from the hotel fantastic, and sea view rooms were spacious, can’t wait to return"

"Right in city centre. Staff at check-in and check out and breakfast very friendly and helpful. Room a good size and clean - family room with sofa. Asked for quiet room and wasn’t disturbed by anything - faced back of hotel overlooking a small car park. Air con worked well. Nice big fluffy bath towels and good shower pressure and plenty of hot water. Bed firm and comfy but you could hear springs every time you turned over or got in or out - still slept well. Breakfast had good choice of hot and cold items - waffle machine was popular. Gets very busy at weekends but only had to wait a short time to be seated. Coffee machine provided good choices and provided nice coffee. Enjoyed our stay here."
