"Our stay was very comfortable. We loved that it was spacious enough for all 10 in our party without being on top of one another. The game room and the hot tub were an added plus! Not a negative comment but this rental does have an abundance of stairs and not a good fit for anyone who may have ambulatory issues. Just a suggestion, I would install hand rails to the entrance of the rental since the front stairs are a little steep. Other than that we had a lovely time and would book again. Thanks!"

"House was awesome plenty of room we had 10 people of which we had 3 couples. Only issue is we wanted to have 2 additional people stay which we had room for we had 2 empty bedrooms and they were not permitted to stay as they said the house only had a permit for 10 which was a bummer as they had to stay at a hotel."

"The host staying with us was surprise and we had to check out one day earlier as we did not like the home and it smelled bad everywhere.The location was close to Reno convention center that was our main reason to book this property.The host started cleaning the kitchen while I was cooking and she said wanted paint her door while we stayed I requested her to do it after we leave.She kept telling she recovered from pneumonia and it scared us as I had 2 young kids. "We enjoyed access to the beach, and when we had questions we got answers almost immediately. The kitchen is upstairs which you can’t tell from the photos, and the bed in the upstairs bedroom (off the kitchen) was so hard & uncomfortable we ended up moving downstairs. The other 2 bedrooms are downstairs. We stocked k cups for the next guests but I’m thinking it was closed for the winter- there is a keurig and a coffee pot but also a nice Safeway less than a mile away for whatever you might want."

"The property was in a good location, although there was a lot of construction next door that started by 7:30 each morning. The property was clean and well stocked (trash bags, dishwasher packets, laundry soap, spices). The house was somewhat dated, but was quite comfortable for our group. The views of the lake from the deck were a great bonus."

"This rental was perfect for my friend and I who met for a long weekend getaway. The house was really comfortable (great layout), decor was tasteful, and the location was in a safe and quiet neighborhood. There are really fun additions like a game room and mini bar! The backyard is in need of a makeover (landscaping) but it didn’t really impact us as we didn’t sit outside. It has a ton of potential. "The house was perfect and peaceful. The kids had a blast in the game room. It was a pretty cool experience for them. We definitely enjoyed the décor the kitchen. The bathroom was beautiful. "Overall I was very happy with this property. It was very clean and was easy to get anywhere in town. Problems like a light not working addressed with the manager were addressed promptly. Bed and pillows were comfortable. It was quiet and has a beautiful view of the valley and mountains. My only issue is that the kitchenware (pots and pans) were really beat up/scratched and should be replaced. I would suggest to the owner an inventory of what is there and be more intentional about it. There...

"This was a family gathering to celebrate a birthday and have a reunion. The house is very roomy and perfect for such a gathering. The owners have clearly thought of everything. The house is well-equipped, the beds are comfortable, the towels are oversized and plush, etc. We had a great time and highly recommend this house."

"We stayed here as a chance to be in the snow and not at the prices of Tahoe. It was a great choice. The house was beautiful and perfect size for the 4 of us (2 adults, 7 and a 3 year old). The back yard was great for the kids to play in the snow, and there was lots of space inside to feel comfortable. We would love to stay here again."

"We felt check-in/chek-out process is a bit time consuming as we have to get parking/recreation passes from club house and while checkouts there are some action items like washing towels and removing bed linens etc.. they may cause delay if someone have tight reservations around. "This place was what we were looking for on our getaway. Great views, good location. It was just 2 of us and while we could have had more stay with the other bedroom it was the right size for the two of us. The stairs, as described, are very much there - my watch clocked between 3-4 flights. But very worth it. Great neighborhood. Staff was quick to respond to questions."
