"My bedding or room wasn't cleaned everyday. Something I thought was done as protocol, you have to request it. My first time ever experiencing that rule but other than that I have zero complaints. I'm not complaining about the bedding and room cleaning, it was just my first time staying somewhere that you have to request your room to be cleaned/bedding changed. I will definitely book there again"

"The room was great the staff were kind. The only thing is we put the do not disturb sign on the door but the cleaning staff still try to attempt to come in. If it wasn’t for secure lock on the inside to stop the door from opening up all the way they would have came in. First time it happened it can be overlooked but than it happened again the following day. So what’s the point of putting the door hanging sign “Do not disturb “. That’s all. Otherwise it was great!"

"In my opinion the reviews do not do this property justices. The most important part of a stay is the room quality and the room was outstanding. The whole property area was clean. It is an excellent pool area with the option of the indoor or outdoor pool. Hot tub was excellent as well. Staff were friendly. And all the basics were within walking distance. Great place to stay."

"Everything was really great!Staff was very friendly.Rooms very nice and clean.Rooms very comfortable.Room service breakfast was Amazing! We didn't do any gambling this time but did walk around and it was awesome!, People seemed to really be having a good time. All the casino area was very clean."

"Pleasantly surprised at the suite that my spouse and I stayed in. I knew from the booking that the room had a large king size bed but didn't realize the room was this large and had big whirlpool tub in the corner that was so nice to soak in. The room was very clean, the bathroom sizable and clean, and there was a fridge, microwave, coffee maker and a desk in the room. Bed was very comfortable and the bedding had a nice feel. Did we mention clean? Loved that this great value is close to Douglas and Saugatuck each which have great coffee shops, restaurants, and lots of walk-able streets with shopping and views. And on top of that we were allowed to bring our 4 legged family with us for a nominal charge. Will return to stay here again. P.S. only downside - no elevators for those that need them."
